By using Shots you agree to these terms. Shots is made by Cajetan Studios (“we”).

The app

Shots is licensed to you for personal use on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple’s standard licensed-application terms. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app.

Shots Pro

• Pro is available as an auto-renewing yearly or monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed by Apple through your App Store account.
• The yearly plan may include a free trial. The trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. We schedule a courtesy reminder two days before conversion when notifications are allowed — managing the subscription remains your responsibility.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are managed and refunded exclusively through Apple’s App Store settings and policies.

Your content

Your screenshots remain yours and remain on your device. Shots performs actions (calendar entries, reminders, links) only when you tap them, using the information the screenshot itself contains. Extracted details can be imperfect — always check what matters.

Disclaimer

Shots is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cajetan Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Shots in the twelve months before the claim.
